Language lessons built from real-life dialogues

Pick a level from A1 to C1 and everyday situations (a taxi, a café, a doctor's visit). Each dialogue gets two voices, a picture of the scene, and the line being spoken in big, speaker-coloured text.

How it works

Free account. You approve the script before any picture is drawn.

For Language teachers and language-learning channels

A Soft 3D language lesson card with English lines, Spanish translations and the key phrases.

A real StrokeTale video, drawn live in your browser by the engine that renders the MP4. Press play to watch it from the start.

What you get

Made for this kind of video.

  • 5 levels, checked

Every line is checked against the level: short sentences and common words at A1, more natural speech higher up.

  • 16 ready situations

Or write your own. Each situation gets one picture, reused when the lesson comes back to it.

  • Learner pace

Hear each line again more slowly, and add a "your turn" pause to repeat it.

  • A translation line

Show each line in the learner's own language under the card.

Good to know

  • One video holds about 3 minutes of dialogue today. Hour-long lessons arrive with long-form.

How it works

Three steps. No timeline.

Real screens from the app. Nothing is drawn, and nothing is paid, until you approve the script.

  1. The Topic step in StrokeTale: a topic typed in, the formats, the shape and the length.

    Tell us what to make

Type a topic, paste your notes or a script, and pick the kind of video. Every setting can change later.

  2. Approve the script, free

Read every scene and change it in plain words. Nothing is drawn, and nothing is paid, until you say yes.

  3. The StrokeTale editor: the drawn scene, the Director chat for changes in plain words, and the scene timeline.

    Watch it come to life

Pictures, voice, captions and music arrive scene by scene. Change any scene by chatting, then download your MP4.

You stay in control

Nothing happens without your say.

You read the script before anything is drawn, change one scene by asking, and step back with Undo. Anything that uses credits shows its price first.

  • Approve the script first

Edit any line, or ask for a new version. Scripts and revisions are free; pictures wait for your yes.

  • Change a scene by chatting

Say what you want in plain words. Only that scene is redrawn, and scene edits are free.

  • Undo anything

Every change can be undone, and your project saves itself as you go. Exports show their price before you confirm.

Questions

Straight answers.

Which languages can learners study?

You can write a lesson in English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese. The level check is strictest for English; for other languages it checks line length.

Why Beta?

Dialogue lessons work end to end, and we are still tuning them. Translation lines are not checked by a native speaker, so read them before you publish.

How much control do I have?

All of it. You approve the script before anything is drawn, choose the look, hand, voice and music, and can change any scene, line or setting afterwards.

Can I edit after the video is made?

Yes. Ask the Director in plain words, or edit the words, pictures, figures, charts, captions and timing yourself. Only what you change is redone, and scene edits are free.

Who owns the videos I make?

You keep all rights in what you put in, and we give you all the rights we have in your videos, so you can publish them, including commercially, within our terms. Some countries don't protect AI-made material by copyright.

Is my content private?

Yes. Your projects are private unless you share them. We don't sell your data or use your content to train AI models, and you can download your data or delete your account at any time.
